Please explain your problems with Catchall...

All my users who have their own mailbox properly get their email.

All mail that comes to anythingelse@xxxxxxxxxxxx properly goes to the
Catchall account.

Isn't this how Catchall is supposed to work?

Of course it most likely doesn't work for anything entered BEFORE the
fix was installed.  That's why I waited to get it before putting my
RaQ3i into service.

You can, of course, delete and reinstall each user, but if they have
websites, personal space, email in their pop-box, etc., that becomes a
major pain.
