[cobalt-users] PINE email client permissions problem

When I try to access virtual site's email by telnetting to the box and
using Pine I get a "can't open lock- access is read only" message within
Pine and can't open the INBOX.  This is only for one user of a virtual
site on a RaQ3i.  Anyone run across this before?
