Hate at ask this, but it seems worth asking:
Are you sure that your client isn't just a being a wingnut?  I.e. that a
site got accidentally deleted or something, coincidental to (but not caused
by) the 250 site limit?

One interesting note:
"wingnut" is not in the OE spelling dictionary.  It suggest (not making this
up) "WinNT".  Hidden meaning?
