[cobalt-users] Installing Mailman on a RaQ3

heya,
    I was wondering if anyone had managed to install Mailman (mailing
list manager) on a RaQ3. I got through everything fine, but when I sent
a test mail to the list, there were no replies, but instead I checked my
/var/log/maillog, and found an error, stating an Operating System Error
or something, I checked the Mailman's mailing list, it recommended to

cd /etc/smrsh
ln -s /pl/mailman/mail/wrapper wrapper

    But there's no such directory! Please help...
