sorry, but I don't get it.. what exactly is the difference in before
and after the update? What has been fixed?

And, furthermore, EACH user which has activated FrontPage needs 3
megabytes of space, right?

If I create a virtual site and enable FrontPage for that site, no
user has it for default but it can be enabled by the admin, right?
And each user who is given FrontPage-extensions by the virtual site
admin needs 3 MB of his space for them, right?
