Dan,

we used a pkg file that Cobalt once had posted on their website for our RaQ3i.
I've heard rumors however that they took it off for the time being, and also I
wasn't the person to personally install it so I can't give you any pointers...
PHP4 is up and running fine however it seems on our RaQ3i, so it is possible
I'm sure...
