Well, once you've dealt with the actual problem, I should think that
letting a bunch of people who administer Raq servers know who this person
is might be a good thing. That way, no one who reads this list will get
stung by the same guy.
Also, if s/he has done any damage to your machine, you've got a pretty
clear case for legal action, as it would be easy to show damages to your
company's reputation, loss of customers, etc...
