[cobalt-users] SMTP Relaying

Hello,

I want my RaQ 3 to be configured the following way:

1. POP-before-SMTP should be active
2. after 1, ANY sender should be accepted

Is it possible with just installing the POP-before-SMTP package? Does
the RaQ 3 allow any sender then? (when the user has authenticiated
with #1)
