Well, first thing, the best performance you'll get out of that configuration
is 115kbps... its a limitation of the serial port.

Second thing, you're probably going to be better off purchasing an ISDN
router.  Its not that it can't be done, but that it will probably be enough
of a pain in the ass that you'll save a lot of time (which usually equals
money) by getting something like a Pipeline 50 on ebay or something.  Then
you are provided with an ethernet interface that plugs right into the
secondary port.

I have had really good luck with the pipeline series.

There is one (item #353059822) that is going for like $26 on ebay right now.
You can probably get it for $100-$150 or so bucks.  A P75 for like $250.
You'll be happy with it, I assure you.
