[cobalt-users] relaying problems

I tried to fix the mail relaying thing only to discover I couldn't. 
I downloaded the .pkg file and attempted to follow the instructions.

Download the pkg file to your PC.
  Go to the Maintenance -> Install Software menu of your server.
  Click Browse, select the package file.  Click the Install button.
  That's all.

Em, no. I can't see the maintenance part at all. 
any suggestions
