The following is not, in any way based on facts or figures.
It is purely an instinctive reaction to your message, and
may be worth exactly what you paid to read it:

I do not think a 90 degree temperature will harm your RaQ
or exceed its operating parameters. It should also not
be hot enough to make the RaQ unable to handle internal
cooling; hence, you shouldn't have a problem.

Having said that, I think you *should* be concerned. Every
responsible person who runs servers tries to keep them as
happy as possible, and this includes reasonable to cool
temperatures. I know we try to keep all servers around 70F,
and if we can hit 65F then great... maybe they'll last
longer. Ambient temperature is only one of many things that
may affect the life and performance of your server, but
it's still on the list and should be taken care of...

My concern would be that, if your ISP is going to pinch
pennies by not ventilating or cooling that room, they are
probably going to pinch pennies somewhere else. And if or
when they pinch pennies in power protection, Internet
bandwidth, network infrastructure, tech support personnel,
or any one of another hundred things, *you* as their
customer are going to be the first to feel the pinch as
your site gets slow or dies.

Just my two bits,
