[cobalt-users] CGI on RaQ FAQ - beta version

Hi,

as every day there are similar questions about running/debugging cgi
scripts, i wrote a little CGI-RaQ-FAQ. 

it`s on http://users.iol.it/hpstr/

some help would be appreciated :

- spell/grammar checking
- information : how to permit cgi execution ONLY in a specified /cgi-bin
- checking the permission stuff (i`m going to bed and dream of
californian fitness gals, it`s 5:30 a.m. here)
- comments and stuff to add are welcome
- i`ll give you credits
- please contact me BEFORE writing stuff

it is intended for raq owners; if you do webhosting and want to provide
the faq or parts of it to your customers, please ask for permission and
give me (us) credits.
