Since all three identical messages I received contained unique Message-IDs, I suspect
the problem was on your end, not on Cobalt's or anywhere in between.  I also see that
you used MS Outlook Express 5.0 to send the emails.  I frequently use the same
product and have encountered its bugginess so I can offer some insight.

If you click "Send" and the message you were trying to send stays on the screen, do
not assume it didn't send.  Check your outbox and sent-mail folders and see if it's
in either.  If it is there is no reason to click "Send" again.  I run into this
problem frequently.  I'm sure there could be other explanations, but I won't mention
the obvious ones.
