[cobalt-users] SMTP with Raq3

I am a new user of a raq3 and have successfully set up my first site.  But I
am unable to send mail.  I have configured netscape mail (just need to send
for now) both by ip address and hostname but when I try to send the message
it times out trying to locate host.  I have tried many things but suspect
that it's related to the "relay" section in the email parameters.  Can
anyone suggest anything I might have missed?
