[cobalt-users] Auto-user signup for Raq3

Hi all

I have a site that gives a small amount of free web-space to schools in my
area - can I get a script that will allow users to sign-up for the service,
and the raq3 will automatically generate a user, password and fp extensions
of the type domain.com/~username?
