QRe: [cobalt-users] RaQ3 Bugs: Can we have a fix this year please?

Conclusion: Don't buy a RaQ3.

Solution: Buy RaQ2s (and not from Cobalt), used ones, as we do. They work
fine -- still die far too often (cause well, they're RaQs) -- but do work
better and are more reliable than the RaQ3. And I could not notice any new
feature which would make the RaQ3 far superior to the RaQ2 -- and which
would be worth all the hassles, sleepless nights, wasted time and angry
customers.

Also, I can't explain myself why the largest hosting companies sell RaQ3s --
they must get overflooded with tech-support requests as these servers are
not only "not doing a good job" but also randomly die if you have more than
120 sites on them (logrotate problem I think).

Jay, can you tell me which feature the RaQ3 has that is worth all the effort
of "upgrading"?

Thanks.
