I've got a client with the following problem...
He FTPs into his new site with the site's site-admin username and
password, and he's chrooted to his user's home directory; all he sees is
the "web" directory, and he can't "cd .." to go up any further <frown>.
Of course he's at well over 200 sites. Anyone else ever see this
problem?
I have a similar problem at well under 200 sites (probably just over 32,
though)...
I reset the user directory by changing the /etc/passwd file, yet I still
end up in the wrong directory; I want to end up in the site's main
directory, with "users", "log" and "web" visible. Instead I end up at
the user's home directory, but with the full path available.
Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong or where to look <frown>?
Jeff
