Yes.  Unless you configure majordomo to disallow certain types of attachments.  If
you want to block attachments let me know and I'll post instructions.  The process is
not documented and it requires knowledge of regular expressions and email headers (or
help from someone like me).  You can also set a cap on the size of a message if you'd
like.  If you set it low enough it will have the added effect of making it difficult
to send attachments to the list since attachments tend to be large.
