I use registrars.com. They take a credit card from you once and then bill it
each time you add a domain. The main reason I use them is that I can get a
human on the phone on the 3rd ring any time I call them (even on Sunday!)
and their web based control panel eliminates all the BS that NSI makes you
go through with repeated emails and such.
