OK, now I am totally confused. What you suggested worked, but no page comes
up without web access by the domain. How do I set it up so that when a
customer types in support.computechnv.com a web page comes up? I'm trying to
get it so that when they type in support.computechnv.com it puts them in my
support site. I would like it to just be aliased to what is currently
www.computechnv.com/support but I'd take it about any way I could get it.
TIA 8^)

Uncheck 'Web Access by Domain ' when you create the subdomain.
