[cobalt-users] How to montitor high usage sites?

Has anyone heard of a program that can be isntalled on a RaQ2 or RaQ3 that
can monitor CPU and memory usage as to catch high volume sites, and email
the admin ? Ive seen some places  call it the 'grim reaper.'
