[cobalt-users] POP3 Services STOPPING on RaQ3



During the business hours of 9am to 5pm my Raq3 POP3 service frequently
stops responding to requests for a few minutes then starts accepting
requests
again.

This goes on during the busy hours and stops in the off peak hours.

I read somewhere that by default the qpopper service is limits to 40
connections per minute.

Is this true?

If so, Which log will show me the user activity so I can find out who is
abusing the service
by checking mail too frequently?

Can I change the limit of connections per minute or threads? If so how?

Has anyone else had this problem? and what did you do to correct it?
