also make sure the /etc/named.conf is rewritten.......we did this  and did 
all the changes thru the panel.........webserver worked   but we just could 
not telnet or ftp in....finally after a few days    ( and coabalt support 
saying your reverse dns is not good)   we spend 1 hr getting in...waiting for 
telnet to actually connect...and we found out that the named.conf was not 
re-written
