Not without multiple 'storefront' or 'substore' licenses.

I can't help you here since I haven't had to install Miva on a Cobalt
product yet.

You will most likely want to place a copy of the Miva binary into each
Vsite's cgi-bin and apply the proper permissions for security reasons.
