The /etc/virtusertable entry documented in "sendmail" the book works
fine for any system running Sendmail.

The RaQ3's got a problem with the /etc/virtusertable file not being
built properly, so it doesn't work right.  Fix is forthcoming with OS
3.0, now available for Japanese; English-language version coming
real-soon-now.
