Hello,
This is usually caused by a mail loop being set up in the MX records for the
domain name. You will need to trace the mail routing sequence that you have
set up in all MX records. It can also be an issue that one or more DNS
servers don't have a current copy of your domain records and they point to
the wrong place.
Basically mail server A sends mail to mail server B which has old or
incorrect MX records and things that server A should deliver the mail, thus
you have your loop.
