I'm NOT looking at RFCs now, so I have no idea if the "&" sign is legal
in an address or not.
That said, let's presume it is for the sake of this discussion...
Yes, you certainly can make changes to /etc/virtusertable.
Look in the file. There's a line below which user-changes are allowed.
Don't forget to hash the file when you're done.
