The RaQ3 isn't setup to receive e-mail for that domain.  Go into
Control Panel -> Services -> E-mail properties (least this was the
place in the RaQ and RaQ2) and you should see a text box to enter
the domains you're to accept e-mail for, type the domain into this
box and tell it to save.

In the event that this has changed in the UI, you can also log
in to the box as root and enter the following command to find
the file that lists the domains to accept e-mail for:

	egrep '^[KF]w' /etc/sendmail.cw | sed -e 's/^[KF]w//'

You will probably want to take a look at this file to check and
see if your domain is already listed:
	more the_file_name

Otherwise, you can edit the file or simply append it via an echo:
	echo mydomain > the_file_name
