[cobalt-users] Reply to Sender

Hello,

My Cobalt RaQ3 majordomo mailing list is set up by default to send replies
to the sender of the email and not to the list.  Is there any way to change
this by editing the config_parse.pl file, and if so what do I need to do?  I
found on the Cobalt knowledge base instructions on how to do the opposite -
reply to sender.  I'd like - reply to list.
