Yes, all the time.  We're in the list-hosting business.

It comes preinstalled.  But the default installation doesn't work for
most people for most lists.

So we set up another copy.

I'm happy to install a second copy of MJD for anyone.  I do charge for
it.

(I'm really answering Alexander's first question, so it's not really
UCE.)
