It's a Linux version of ASP.

You're correct. FrontPage and ASP are two separate components
and will work independently, ie: you don't need FrontPage for
ASP to function and vice-versa.

Actually, certain "out-of-the-box" RaQ3 models to ship with ASP
pre-installed. I'm not sure if this is only available directly
through Cobalt, though.
