[cobalt-users] majordomo config file

Please someone help me.

when I do a newconfig command to majordomo on a RaQ3 I get the following 
result:

The new config file for digital was NOT accepted because:Can't find 
restrict_post file 
/usr/local/majordomo/www.powerserver.org/lists/digital.new at line 413

that is, it is looking for the file which exists as 'digital'.
Why it is renaming it digital.new is beyond my comprehension.
In any case, it is not working, and when i try to manually create a file 
called digital.new I just cant do it (I am probably doing it wrong anyway), 
but the point is it shouldne happen.
I have used majorD so many times before, this is the first time it happens.
It is happening on any new list I create.

Please please someone help me.
