I am not a guru in this area so I could be wrong, but I
don't think it is possible to use the same netmask on 195... and
your new 212... subnet. The 195... address should use a mask of
255.255.255.255 but the new IPs would require a different mask -
it's the mask that makes the new IPs possible.
Thus, my question is are you trying to use the same Net Mask
on the 195.127.139.12 as you are on the 212.112.114.31-38 sub
net? If so, it isn't going to work which is probably why it isn't
working. If not, what are the masks? You're provider may have made a
typo when they wrote them down and/or you may have may have made a
typo when you entered them.
Peace be with you,
Brent
