There's a free version of a program called Cdomain that I think does what
you're looking for.  If not, their $$ version does, plus it contains a
numerous amount of other ccTLD checking options and it's around $100.

Their site used to be http://www.cdomain.com, but I haven't been able to
reach it today.  You might want to do a search for it on the CGI Resource
Index http://cgi.resourceindex.com to see if their Web address has changed.
