Are you planning to access the user directories via SMB?

If so, an easier method is to edit smb.conf to add a share point for
/home/users and give only admin access.

Then add a line [global] section;

    admin users = admin

This will give the user "admin" effectively root access to all SMB shares so
be careful what you do.

I do this so I can use Retrospect to backup the users directories.
