We have installed PHP 4.0 and Tomcat on a Raq3 and done benchmarks with
ApacheBench.  Comparing performance with another Dell Linux box, Java servlets
and CGI scripts run at comparable rates on the 2 systems.  However, PHP scripts
run 15x faster on the Dell server.  Any ideas?
