Mmhh... intentaste en  Control Panel / DNS Settings / ADD MX RECORD
Ahi te presenta midominio.com en la configuracion de correo, y agregas
www.midominio.com

De esta manera estas creando ambos alias para el servicio de correos. Yo tuve ese
problema y esta parte lo soluciono.

Mmh... have you already tryied Control Panel / DNS Settings / ADD MX RECORD?
You are presented with the initial mail config, you need to add there the
www.midominio.com and it creates both types of alias record for the mail. I had
that problem and these change (in fact I was not adding the MX record) solved the
situation.

p.s. vero good idea having both language options. Finally, I feel that I am
