[cobalt-users] ftp directory

Hi all.

Most (if not all) of my users always seem to upload files to their
/users/<username>/web directory and then call me asking for technical info
when it doesn't appear in their browser.

Is there any way I can set as a default (perhaps by editing proftp.conf?) so
that site admins default to the site root web directory rather than their
personal web directory? I know users can put in //web in their ftp client as
the default directory but many of my clients are utterly incompetent (hope
none of them read these newsgroups)
