Chip,

I started out reselling for AIT some years back.  Their tech support was good 
when I first started, then went downhill. I was with them for about 2 years.

My biggest problem with AIT was that they guaranteed anonymity, and yet all 
DNS info had to be listed in their domain (DNS).   I lost two customers to 
them when the customers realized I was reselling and figured why go with the 
reseller when they could go directly with AIT.   I wisened up, closed that 
account and never looked back.
