This is the Tulip Chipset... Linux should detect it as a LiteOn card.

The only problem I have found with this card is that if you unplug the
network connection from the back of it, in order to get it back you have to
take down and bring back up that interface.

Which is something I don't have to do with my Intel EtherExpresss 10/100+ or
3c905B's.
