First off, noby will read a HTML formatted, attached email.  My reader
happened to quote the attachment when I hit reply or I wouldn't have read it
either.

Posting should be done in ASCII / Plain Text format only.

Now, to answer your question, Samba is responsible for all that, and the
logon scripting can be done.  I would check the documentation at
http://www.samba.org for additional information.  You can't do this from the
GUI, you will have to modify the config files by hand.
