[cobalt-users] To Cobalt Support: Daylight Savings Time in GUI

Dear Cobalt Support,

The Cobalt Qube2 offers the option to synchronize its time with an NTP
server on the Internet once a day. This is great... unfortunately, almost
everyone outside the United States cannot use it.

International operations of the Qube will need a small checkbox in the
Control Panel->Time screen saying "Use Daylight Savings Time" for those
(200+) countries which do not change their time at any point of the year.

Dear Cobalt-Users-List,

Still kinda struggling with Cobalt Unix here. Can anyone suggest how I go
about temporarily configuring this by hand? Just point me to a file and I'll
see if I can figure it out, then post my discoveries.
