[cobalt-users] Traffic shaping

	I need to come up with a traffic-shaping solutions based on a Qube2.
Iv'e made tests with the shaper.o module forma a stock RH6.2 distro, but
i can't get i to compile on the qube, there seems to be some header
files missing.

	Has anybody done anything like it?, any pointers that might help?
