[cobalt-users] Help!
Hi:
We recently switched from the RaQ2 to RaQ3 server and I am experiencing a
problem that is puzzling. In the Site Usage section, I am unable to
download the log files for our sites. I log in as the Administrator and
still cannot get this procedure to go through. The odd thing is that I can
go to any other computer in house and download the log files. For some
reason, my brand new Dell will not. Any suggestions?
