Okay, so I thought I had finally found the solution. I am trying to
reset the statistics on our Qube 2. I used the suggestion from Jeff Lovell
dated 29 Feb 2000. It appears that the stats have been reset, yet the “Web
content, ranked by number of requests” under “Other Web Usage Statistics” is
grayed out More importantly, when I try to view the “Request statistics for report
period” I get a “Exception: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: LabelMaker”
message in the lower left corner of the screen. Can anyone help? |
