Hello,

I'm currently testing out the RAQ3.

Purely a personal taste, I prefer adminstering
systems through the console rather than through
the WEB.

I was wondering, is there a way to administer
band width management (bwmgmt) related operation
through the console?

Pointers to configuration files and documentation
will be appreciated.
