We are using our own shopping system right now, but we also
tried commerce.cgi, which you can find at http://careyinternet.com/
Some of our customers are using Intershop or MivaMerchant,
too.

If money doesn't matter, I'd recommend Intershop, which is
really good, but also kind of expensive (-;
