Oh, I can see it, I just can't publish to it.

By the way, what user name and password is the system looking for here?

In the following:
http://www.myserver.com/domain/www.new_site.com/

Are we looking for the username and password for myserver.com ie. admin?
Or, are we looking for a username and passowrd on new_site.com which would
be an admin of the site?

RAQ2 here as well but no dice.

No files on the site yet except the ones from the Front Page extensions.

Yep. Like I said, it works for viewing -- just not publishing.
