[cobalt-users] Using "At" command to take a backup from Cobalt NASRAQ to NT Server using scripts.

Hi Guys,
This is the first occasion for me to write a mail in this list.   Hitherto, i just use to keep an eye on this mailing list regularly. So here is my first Query and i hope anybody will rise to this occasion from this list and give me.

I would like to know had anybody took a backup using "at" utility on NT in order to take backup from network NASRAQ to Windows NT.
I took a temporary back up using NT explorer by just dragging all the folders from NASRAQ to Windows NT  D :\ drive. But this is not the permanent solution for me, i need a scheduling backup using at command  so that it automates the job frequently once in a week on a particular day and a particular time without user's intervention once the script is written.
If anybody can provide me with the steps, script or exact syntax to take such a backup from my network NASRAQ to Windows NT by using at command will be a great help and appreciative from me.
Thanks in advance.
Mohammed Wasiullah.
