[cobalt-users] unable to send any email with any domain hosted with RaQ3 server

I am unable to send any email via RaQ3 server. I can receive emails,
but all emails I send are rejected, no matter the domain.

This what I have done:

In the DNS I have

www.mydomain.com  to ip
mail.mydomain.com  to ip
mydomain.com  to 64.39.26.242
64.39.26.242 to mydomain.com


In MX record
mydomain.com to www.mydomain.com
mydomain.com to mail.mydomain.com


Email Aliases for domain:
joe, joe.bloggs
@mydomain.com


In mail client:Outlook express, I have:
username:account_name
password:account_password

Pop
mail.mydomain.com
smtp
mail.mydomain.com

I have tried other combinations without success.


Ok now. I have tried sending mail to the account from another
address, and it goes. I can also collect the mail. For example, I send mail
from Yahoo to anyname@mydomain,com.
It goes and I can collect mail with OutLook specs. above

But all mail I try to sent through any domain, to any other address is
rejected

I am a newbie so please go into detail about any solutions. Also, if I have
to access root to solve the problem, please tell me how.
I want each domain to be able to send and receive PoP email.
